Staff the sorting stations, provide waste-stream guidance to fairgoers, empty barrels, pick up the Fairgrounds, maintain compost rows, and sort collected trash at the recycling tent.
All volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes. Anyone using a bicycle must wear a helmet.
Check in at the Volunteer Check-In Tent (one located at each gate) ahead of your shift.
Volunteers will receive a meal ticket and T-shirt ticket after completion of their shift. These will be distributed by the Area Coordinator of your volunteer area. (Limit one T-shirt per volunteer per year.)
Please note: No entry to the Fairgrounds any earlier than 9am unless your volunteer shift STARTS before 9am.
