Come join us in MOFGA's famous Exhibition Hall!

Be sure to read the descriptions below carefully and sign up for the day that aligns with the volunteer job you're interested in.

Thursday shifts: volunteers set up tables, booths and displays and help exhibitors enter and arrange their entries.

Friday shifts: volunteers help with early morning entries, clean and rearrange Hall as needed and assist Judges where needed. When judging is complete, ribbons are distributed.

Saturday shifts: volunteers clean displays and rearrange the Hall as needed as well as help with the flow of visitors as it is the busiest day. They also work with judges of Baked and Dairy categories.

Sunday shifts: volunteers check entries for damage/spoilage and make sure the hundreds of ribbons are still attached to the correct items. They work with judges of the Fermentation category, which has been growing in entries.

Check in at the Volunteer Check-In Tent (one located at each gate) ahead of your shift.

Volunteers will receive a meal ticket and T-shirt ticket after completion of their shift. These will be distributed by the Area Coordinator of your volunteer area. (Limit one T-shirt per volunteer per year.)

Please note: No entry to the Fairgrounds any earlier than 9am unless your volunteer shift STARTS before 9am.
