This shift includes helping speakers move in and set up for their talks, helping to distribute flyers and passing around herb samples, make sure tent is running smoothly and monitor temperature in tent. We are looking for people who know about herbalism, love herbs and love talking to people.
Check in at the Volunteer Check-In Tent (one located at each gate) ahead of your shift.
Volunteers will receive a meal ticket and T-shirt ticket after completion of their shift. These will be distributed by the Area Coordinator of your volunteer area. (Limit one T-shirt per volunteer per year.)
Please note: No entry to the Fairgrounds any earlier than 9am unless your volunteer shift STARTS before 9am.
