Details

Directing vehicles to proper areas in the North Parking Lot (by the Rose Gate) and Maxim Parking Lot (across Crosby Brook Rd from the North Parking Lot). Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

This year, thanks to the generosity of Lee Auto Malls, any volunteer who works a shift in a parking lot will also receive a $10 Bumper Crop certificate that can be used at many farmers’ market locations across Maine — including the two at the Fair!

Check in at the Volunteer Check-In Tent (one located at each gate) ahead of your shift.

Volunteers will receive a meal ticket after completion of their shift and a volunteer parking T-shirt to wear during their shift. These will be distributed by the Area Coordinator of your volunteer area. (Limit one T-shirt per volunteer per year.)

Please note: No entry to the Fairgrounds any earlier than 9am unless your volunteer shift STARTS before 9am.
